1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or utilizing the web applications provided by Hidayat Foundation of India (including hidayat.org.in and its sub-directories), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of Public Community Services

Hidayat Foundation provides access to prayer timetables, Qibla compasses, verified institutional letters (Tasdeeq), and madrasa listings as community welfare tools. Astronomical and Jama'at calculation engines are calibrated with utmost care; however, local community schedules may vary based on sight confirmations or individual mosque adjustments.

3. Welfare Contributions & Direct Patient Relief

• Direct Fund Allocation: Donations processed towards specific verified cases are disbursed directly to medical institutions, pharmacies, or verified recipients to clear medical estimates without unauthorized administrative deduction.
• Fund Fulfillment: If a case achieves its verified target amount, additional funds directed toward that cause are allocated toward similar verified emergency healthcare appeals under mutual charitable intent.
• Irrevocability: Due to immediate commitment and transmission toward emergency medical interventions, charitable donations are non-refundable once receipt vouchers are generated.

4. User Conduct & Portal Integrity

Users, committee administrators, and registered staff must not upload fraudulent reports, impersonate authorized mosque personnel, submit falsified medical quotes, or tamper with security mechanisms. Any attempts to exploit public forms, automated endpoints, or media streaming proxies will lead to immediate IP blacklisting and possible legal remediation.

5. Free Software & Services Attribution

Institutional tools (accounting ledgers, receipt slip generators, timetable builders) offered to independent madrasas, mosques, and trusts are provided as free public services. Attributions and watermarks indicating "Powered by hidayat.org.in" must remain visible on generated digital records and public ledger slips.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms.
